Recruiter Trainee (8805/2.)
Are you interested to learn and know more about the recruitment process at a multinational enterprise? We are offering a unique opportunity to work in an international group as a recruiter trainee. Your responsibilities: Support the EEC (Eastern European Countries) HR Manager in day-to-day recruitment activities; Advertise jobs on the company’s career website; Support in the organization and coordination of online and face-to-face interviews with the candidates; Communicate with recruitment agencies on a regular basis, coordinating the interviewing process; Assist with various initiatives such as onboarding of future employees; Support EEC HR Manager in maintenance of candidates’ tracking database.

|Elvárások||Currently occupied in studies of business administration or comparable degree, preferable with a major in HR Management; Empathic communication skills in combination with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic approach; Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results; Experience in the use of a personnel management system desirable; Motivated to take initiative and to drive continuous improvement; Fluent English, both spoken and written.|
|Munkaidő||At least 20 hours per week and minimum 2-3 hours per day.|
