Elvárások Good understanding and experience with common network products (switch and router) and protocols; Basic understanding and experience with ERP Systems; Basic understanding and experience with Backup Products; Experience in Database Administration (preferred Oracle); Familiarity with at least one enterprise server vendor (preferred HPe); Familiarity with at least one hypervisor solution (is a bonus); Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Azure AD Connect and Exchange;

Feladatok Implement and develop our cloud-first strategyProvide routine technical support and assist users with computer application problems and questions;
including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Mobile devices (personal / by phone / remote);
Provide (not content-related) technical support and assist users with Sage and Panda ERP;
Create and manage user accounts and access rights issues (OnPremise & Cloud);
Resolve technical problems LANs, WANs, Internet, and intranet systems;
Monitor and maintain the functionality of all IT systems and applications including ERP Systems;
License Management;
Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned;
Work with third-party vendors and assist with hardware orders
